You grant Bon Secours General Services Inc. permission to contact former employers, educational institutions, character references, and government agencies to verify the details provided in your application.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, job placement, or employment offer. All candidates undergo standard screening, evaluation, and client matching procedures in accordance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
4. Free Application / Zero Placement Fee Notice
Bon Secours General Services Inc. operates in full compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations. We DO NOT collect any placement fees or application processing fees from local job applicants.

Bon Secours General Services Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all job applicants in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines.

When you submit an application through our portal, we collect personal data including, but not limited to:

- Employment History, Work Experience, and Educational Background
- Uploaded Resumes/CVs and professional credentials
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is collected and processed solely for the following recruitment and employment purposes:

Your profile and resume will be retained in our recruitment database for up to twelve (12) months to match you with upcoming employment opportunities, after which it will be securely disposed of or anonymized unless you request earlier deletion.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request the deletion of your personal data stored in our system.
